Rates

HB - Half Board - Half Board

• BB + Lunch/Dinner at the client's discretion:
• Lunch (set menu) A part — cost $10
• Dinner (set menu) Table d'hote — cost $10
• Dinner/lunch from the à la carte menu — at the actual cost.
• Dinner/lunch buffet (group service) — $10

FB — Full Board

• BB + Lunch + Dinner at the client's discretion:
• Lunch (set menu) A-part + dinner (set menu) Table d'hote - cost $20
• Lunch + dinner from the à la carte menu at the actual cost.
• Lunch + dinner in a buffet format (group service) - $20

Personal

• A 10% discount on accommodation applies for cash payments covering 10 or more consecutive nights. In the event of early departure, the rate will be recalculated to the "Basic" rate.

Weekend

• A 15% discount is provided for stays on weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (2 days).

Profitable

• In case of booking a hotel room for 10 nights in a row with a one-time full payment for 9 nights, 1 night is free.

Rates for agents and corporate clients

When registering and booking rooms at the following rates, you must indicate this in the contract.

Agency

• Applicable subject to an agency agreement with travel agencies. The amount of the agency commission depends on the number of nights sold (from 3% to 10% of the stay per request).

Corporate (soft block)

• A 10% discount is provided.50% of the rooms are placed at the disposal of the customer for a certain period according to the application, subject to the purchase of 50% of the rooms, the remaining 50% are paid within 3 banking days before the day of expected arrival. In case of no-show, the customer's advance payment will not be returned.

Corporate (hard block)

• A 20% discount is provided. Rooms are available to the customer for a specified period, as per the request, subject to 100% purchase of the rooms. In case of no-show, no refunds are given.
